These aren't paintings of flowers. They're paintings of what flowers smell like — the moment a garden reaches you before you see it, the sweetness you can't quite place, the cool green of tulips before they open. Each piece begins with a single question: what does this actually smell like? Then the water, the pigment, and the paper answer it together.
